Sara Rector, LMFT, is a seasoned Jungian Psychotherapist with over two decades of experience specializing in reproductive wellness. Throughout her career, Sara has dedicated herself to helping women navigate the emotional and psychological challenges of infertility, guiding them through the journey of becoming mothers. With a deep understanding of the mind-body connection, Sara’s therapeutic approach integrates rituals, positive intention, and dream-tending, connecting the soul with the body to facilitate healing and growth.
Sara works with individuals, couples, and groups, offering personalized psychological treatment plans that address both the emotional and physical aspects of fertility. Her holistic approach fosters healing and empowerment, ensuring her clients feel supported, understood, and equipped to face the challenges of infertility and reproductive wellness.
In addition to her psychotherapy practice, Sara is a sought-after speaker and writer. She is in the process of writing two books on infertility treatment and outcomes and wrote the chapter “ Manifesting Motherhood: The Path of Positive Intention Conception” in the book, The Wild Woman’s Book of Alchemy. She has contributed to several prestigious platforms, including Resolve, a national infertility organization; the Fertility Summit; and Anji, a women’s health and well-being website. Sara’s articles focus on a variety of critical topics in reproductive health, such as Positive Intention Conception, Ceremonies and Rituals for Infertility and Pregnancy Loss, and Strategies for Maintaining Relationships Through Infertility, the differences in how men and women deal with Infertility, Fractured Family Fairytales, Coping with Infertility During the Holidays. She and her clients participated in the traveling international pop-up Art of IVF show displaying the art of people going through Infertility to express and heal the pain.
